A day of celebration honoring Dr. Jane Goodall’s 90th birthday, and the inspirational work of Roots & Shoots groups and Rotary Interact Clubs.
Join us for an unforgettable International Day of Peace celebration honoring Dr. Jane Goodall’s 90th birthday.
Ethologist and activist, Dr. Jane Goodall, will share her message of hope as she inspires people worldwide to take action on behalf of people, other animals, and the planet.
Enjoy a day filled with live music, inspiring speakers, and engaging exhibits from Roots & Shoots groups, Rotary Clubs, Rotary Interact Clubs, and local sustainable businesses. Celebrate peace, sustainability, and community with us in this vibrant and inspiring event!

Getting to the Park
Point Fermin Address: 807 W Paseo Del Mar, San Pedro, CA 90731
Parking is extremely limited at Point Fermin. We recommend carpooling, riding bikes, using rideshare apps, or utilizing METRO Bus 246, which drops off at the park.
Additional parking is available at the overflow lot on 22nd Street between Signal and Miner. Shuttles will run between Point Fermin and the overflow lot throughout the day.
